The Centre enables governmental entities to improve their performance and service quality; upskill human cadres; and utilize the latest knowledge and tools to advance public services to compete on global scales through the development and introduction of smart strategic tools and systems that assess the public service provision in the Emirate and overcome the challenges innovatively. The Dubai Model Centre (DMC), under the General Secretariat of The Executive Council of Dubai embodies the government’s ambitions towards creating pioneering government services. The Centre paves the way for government entities to reach unprecedented levels of pioneering in government services.
