The unified service guideline within the platform identifies governmental services in the Emirate and introduces its divisions, and sub services and all relative service delivery channels to assess opportunities of growth and unify digital integration. It additionally ensures all government entities adopt the best practices and government strategies such as the Dubai Paperless Strategy and the Smart Dubai strategy.
