His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, launched in March 2023 the unified interactive platform between Dubai Government and its customers “04”
The "04" platform, developed in collaboration between Dubai Model Center under The Executive Council of Dubai and Dubai Digital Authority, in partnership with the Government entities, provides a unique experience for customers of more than 40 Government entities and other participating entities. Manging their feedback, providing solutions to their customers and implement their ideas. 
The platform receives suggestions, comments, and complaints through 04.gov.ae, which allows submissions in two minutes through three simple steps, or via the "WhatsApp for Business" number 600500055.
Among its other features are the ability to submit voice recordings, capturing social media interactions, integrate with other smart systems, and communicate directly with frontline employees. It also supports applications for people of determination and allows completing requests through Omni Channel, among other features. 
The “04” ensures the efficiency of provided solutions by measuring customers satisfaction through surveys, with the possibility of re-evaluating the resolution if the customer was not satisfied.
